"We’re very grateful that the hotel allowed us to use the room early—it was a big help since we were only staying for half a day before our midnight flight. The room was good, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. The location is excellent, very close to Newport Mall, which made everything very convenient. "We stayed this place for a week though, we got sick but the place its inside the mall. very convenient the hotel is excellent though, its pricey. but you paid what you got as we expected. the front desk are very helpful and friendly and very professional, all the staffs are friendly inside the hotel rooms are very clean. the cleaning crew are wonderful and welling to go above an beyond, very helpful. the only problem we have at the restaurant. the table are too close to each other and while we try'd to enjoy our breakfast someone next to us was a couple playing games on their phone it was too loud that my husband and we couldn't hear each other when we talked so we ask the staff to move to a different table and we were ignore so I finally just got up and saw a table we just moved. it was getting annoying its a breakfast buffet not a place to play games. also, we ask for coffee since you can't get it yourself, it takes forever to just getting a coffee, the waitress forgot my husband's coffee, I finally got up and walked where they make the coffee to get it myself. so no tip.. but the waitress at the restaurant needs more training. but above all the foods at the restaurant are excellent and the hotel its wonderful and clean. I would stay again. "

"Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and stores and safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got a studio room, the kitchen little outdated but nothing major of course comparumg to the US. For the price and location were very good. I will definitely book here again. "
