"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. "Slight problem with the room on arrival, having booked a family room, but we compromised since it was only for a night, and a sofa was made up to suit. Owners couldn’t have been more apologetic or indeed more helpful during our stay. "Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there."
