"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. "This was the perfect stay for our late night flight into Quito. We appreciated the shuttle service waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the airport. The hotel property is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the size of our room, comfortable bed, gym and incredible breakfast buffet. This is the perfect place to stay when arriving late into Quito or leaving on an early flight since it’s only a few minutes away from the airport. "
