We didn’t arrive until 5:00am and they kept our room available for our late arrival. Staff was A ! Highly recommend and will stay there again.

There are many restaurants around the property. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was a huge disappointment. It was dark and faced another building. There was a small window, with very little light and definitely no view of the sun as you were three floors down. It really made for a depressing feel. If you are staying, make sure your room faces the road and has daylight.

Nice hotel in good neighborhood
The Tryp Hotel in Santa Cruz was perfect for a stopover on the way to Cochabamba. Our flight arrived at 10PM and it took awhile as a US citizen to get through immigration so we were one of the last people out the door and the taxi the hotel had arranged for us was still waiting. This hotel is on a quiet street and there are many good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. Our toilet had problems but they fixed it right away. The only difficulty we had was trying to contact the hotel before arriving to arrange the taxi. The number on Hotels.com didn't work so we went to their own website and then were re-routed to another number that only worked with WhatsApp. We went back and forth before we got an answer. But once we were there everything was great including the service.

Perfectly clean and amazing staff. Apartment was beautiful and big for our family. Excellent price for the quality of the place. No on site dining but lots of options nearby. Only complaint about the room facilities was that for a room for 4people there was only 2 sets of plates/cutlery and no cooking knife. Everything else was great

Air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the room properly. Wifi frequently drops out. People throw parties in the rooms until the early morning hours and the staff do nothing about it. Trash hotel.

Excelente hotel, me ha sorprendido gratamente la calidad de las instalaciones y la decoración de habitaciones y zonas comunes. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno quizás podría tener algo más de variedad pero todo lo que había muy bueno, fresco y en un ambiente de lujo con buenas vistas. La ubicación muy buena, rodeado de restaurantes, cafeterías y cerca del centro histórico y aeropuerto. En definitiva, creo que la calidad/precio es inmejorable. Enhorabuena.

Mala atención al check in
La atención del señor al momento del check in fue poco amable. Llegamos 6am y nos dejaba de atender por atender a personas que llegaban después que nosotras. Esa primera impresión para mi fue terrible.
