"Would never go there again. They had a cruise that booked their stay before their ship sailed. They took over the breakfast area it was so packed it was had to get our breakfasts and the wait was too long. It was so packed it was so hard to get coffee. The hotel catered to the large group and not the individual guests. As for the room, the bathroom was actually dangerous as the space was too small and the tub/ shower was difficult to use and the tub floor wobbled, so very unstable. The rooms need major updates. The front desk staff do not extend themselves to be helpful and can make you feel you are bothering them. "
