"Very clean, quiet and well-run place. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We needed an extra bath towel and bedding set for the sofa bed and it was promptly provided. Breakfast was always hot and ready. The area felt safe. Our room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint would be the toilet paper holders - they consist of two metal tabs that don't quite fit the toilet paper rolls so they were always falling off or getting stuck (first world problems right?). We would definitely stay here again when visiting the San Jose area again!"
