"Gaining access to the room was easy- especially the flexible option of arriving after hours and using the app to open the door. I honestly had no human interaction to get into the space and upon exiting at the end of the trip. I didn’t see housekeeping but noticed the towels had been replaced and toilet paper roll. HOWEVER.
