If I could give no stars and still make a review I would... ALL AROUND HORRIBLE AND NASTY. First we were put in room 143 which are the first 10 photos. The amount of mold in the bathroom was INSANE. The HUGE gap under the door was so big my shoe could literally fit under it. Then the bed was stained and the rest of the room was all around dirty. So I asked to get moved then we got 146 same thing dirty room, stained bed but luckily no mold in the bathroom. There's literally a used napkin stuck in a hole in the wall and hair visible on top of the stack of "clean" towels on the counter. The second room was a double bed but still the same size as the first room so absolutely no room to move around. Oh best part.... Water wouldn't get hot so we both had to take COLD showers, sink didn't drain so it stayed filled up with water. Oh and the TOILET WOULDN'T FLUSH!!! When I brought it to the attention of the front desk lady the next morning she told me I'd have to leave my ID with her to take a toilet plunger cause I planned to just deal with it myself. But for real??? Leave my ID for a toilet plunger. I think not! DONT STAY HERE. Wish it was possible to get my money back... HORRIBLE experience!!!
