"Great Hotel, great Staff, especially Djai, he was really helpful and he gave my Fiancé a nice surprise as we were there celebrating her Birthday, hotel is in a great location, with great view of Sagrada Familia From Rooftop Bar, highly recommend and when we go Barcelona again, would happily stay here."

"The biggest complaint we had was ice. The room was provided with an ice bucket but there is nowhere in the building to get ice. They want you to call room service for ice and then pay the fee for room service staff to deliver the ice. When you have to request ice multiple times it get very inconvenient and expensive. Our room phone had to be replaced which took two days to do because it was not operational and we had to walk to the lobby every time we needed something. The thermostat was inoperable which made conditions in the room uncomfortable at night when you want the room cooler. There was no soap available near the sink either. Other than that, the staff was very kind and helpful during our stay."

"Very safe and convenient location. Elevator needs to swipe card to go to the room floor. Room is spacious and clean. Walkable to casa Mila, casa Batlló and metro stations. Staff is nice and welcoming. "
