"Beautiful property, excellent staff, great food at restaurants and luxurious room. The property is beautiful, with lots of nice interiors, sit outs and green areas. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and good amenities. The restaurants offer delicious food and customisation. The front desk staff is very helpful, providing decent service and support for any requests. Our son fell ill during the trip and staff provided lots of assistance and support as needed. Special thanks to Mr Chandra from restaurants, Mr Mukul and Ms Akansha from front desk."

"This place should be 5 star rated. Best stay for us in India. Everything was perfect. Food was marvelous and the rooms very well decorated, maintained and comfortable. There was filtered ( reverse osmosis) water available to every guests. The staff was up and running cleaning the building and the lawn. Evening had music and folk dancing. We had the privilege to meet the owner who took his time to talk about the history of the building and surrounding areas. One can never go wrong with this place. Parking was available while the front desk was staffed 24 hours. "

"We had a fantastic room! Very clean and comfortable. The property grounds are beautiful, and we loved the restaurant. Are there for breakfast each morning and dinner one night. Only minor complaint was that we wanted to access the bar and were told it was open at reception but when we went, it was dark inside and the door was locked. We just ordered drinks from the restaurant instead, which was fine "

"Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice. "
