"This was a great property and the location was perfect for a family of 4 to get around and to the beach. I would highly recommend this location if you are staying in Waikiki."

"Staff was always attentive and anxious to help. Hotel was currently under construction for upgrades but mess was kept to a minimum. Location was great. Hotel was stuck in past with furniture and bathroom fixtures being very old but the room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Only disappointment was parking. No parking at all. Had to pay for valet parking about for blocks away. For the week with tips it cost me about $1500 for rental car and parking fees. "
"I was very disappointed with the pool area! The 45$ a day charge was not worth it we never were able to use the pool! It was full of children constantly and the pool was small, hot tub also in the evening full of kids! Then the bar closed early several days while we were there. They also close the pool area early! They had 4 fireplaces with lovely couches you could enjoy in the evening with friends. But the area closed early so we were asked to leave once again at around 8:30pm. We also tried to eat at the 24/7 restaurant but it was closed several days also. In the early evening."
