"We were only at the property for the night but they facilities were amazing, access to an onsen on site, complimentary drinks and pillow selection at the reception were fantastic. We were travelling with a 2yr old and we were able to fit in the one bed too. Staff were so accomodating and lovely to us with our limited Japanese. "

"I had a very good stay at this smaller hotel near Hon-hachinohe station. I like the clean room, useful coin laundry, nice bento breakfast and pleasant staff. There is a supermarket just beside the hotel, and an Aeon Town about five minutes walk away along a small canal."

"Basic hotel directly in front of Honhachinohe Station. Rooms small but clean. Large TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc. Easy 10 minutes walk to Main Street with many restaurants."

Dirty linen, I'll politely call it human chocolate on bed covers, management moved us to another room (more on that later), I thought surely what we just experienced must be a one off.....well I checked the bed in the new room, no human chocolate but a nice curly pubic hair. Reported it to management, they asked if they could clean the room as we went to dinner, obviously I said yes, please clean it. Well we returned from dinner and the pubic hair was gone but had...

"It’s an old hotel, but clean. The rooms are fairly small, but it’s fine for a business trip. The only bad point is that the staff insists on making a copy of ID even for foreign residents. "
