"Room, staff and beach were terrific. Now to the negatives. The hotel charges $20 a day for guests to park which in itself is offensive. The general public (non guests) can park in the hotel parking lot as well for $20. So non guests pay the same amount to park as guests and take up parking spaces of paid guests. My first day there I sat in my car for over an hour waiting for a parking spot to open up. How does that make sense???? Hotel guests pay $11 per beach chair and umbrella. So 2 chairs...

"Great place to stay, close to Sanibel and Fort Myers without the price tag. Room was great with separate bedroom area, kitchen with full size fridge freezer and balcony. The best part was breakfast, the ladies who looked after breakfast are excellent, brought freshly baked cookies out each morning and took them round table to table.
