"Excellent property! Restaurants on site - and convenient to the Mucky Duck ect. Nice rooms - clean. This time we choose beach view and the sunsets were Gorgeous! Pool areas are nice . A little busy the week we went - Outside bars and food make a day at the pool enjoyable. Beach access is right across the st and you can rent chairs and umbrella for $25 A great place to just go and relax. Some days we didn’t even leave . "Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. "

The unit was tiny, outdated, and not very clean, with paper-thin walls and ceilings - we could clearly hear the guests upstairs late into the night and again early in the morning. "This is my go to place when I stay in Fort Myers. Plenty of places to eat and socialize within walking distance. The rooms are always clean and free of odors, and the amenities are just fine. No one in the area is as excellent for the price."

"It was and most of the parking lot was lighted pretty good. Few spots where dark but overall the stay was very and the staff was very polite with good customer service which you don't get today. Diane greeted me that night and was very nice to me after a 11 hour drive. I was pretty tired."
