"If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Pandora Boutique Hotel isn't just beautiful -- it's the staff that makes this a truly wonderful experience. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute. "From the time we had arrived, to the time we had left, the staff and service was excellent l, and they treated us as their own family. If i could give them a higher rating i would. My wife enjoyed every single second we stayed with them. They were very friendly, were very helpful, and would go above and beyond to service you and help you on your stay.
