Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Lili was amazing and helped us book all our activities and walk us through how to navigate the national park! Don’t think we would have had the amazing experience in the park without her! She was very responsive and always available to answer questions. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

Holy cow! This place and the staff are absolutely amazing! This is a fantastic boutique hotel with some of the most helpful and genuinely kind staff we’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was willing to help us plan our days, set up trips, and even create an itinerary based on how much we wanted to do each day and a show. No extra charges—just incredible hospitality and genuine helpfulness. Every evening, they brought us a little snack of grapes and tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also have a wonderful tea selection, and there is a tea master/tea enthusiast on the property who will prepare tea for you and let you experience different varieties. If you love tea, this is definitely something you should try! I highly recommend contacting the hotel before your arrival and letting them help arrange your trips. Each morning, they walked us through the maps and our itinerary and then sent us a message with everything we needed for the day. It made exploring so much easier. We followed their recommendations but also ventured off on our own and discovered a few hidden gems along the way. On our last day, we had a late flight and asked if we could come back from the forest and take a shower before leaving around 5 PM. They were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to shower, relax, and have some more tea before heading to our next destination. They even arranged a driver to take us to the airport for the same price as DiDi, which made everything incredibly conv

We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. When I was bed ridden they gave my sister guidance on a show to see in the evening that turned out to be around the corner and was an amazing mixture of theatre, death-defying stunts, singing, fire eating... Definitely encourage anyone to go see it if you are in the area! This is a hidden treasure for sure and would recommend to anyone.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this very charming boutique hotel. The room was very spacious, modern, and comfortable, as well as it being very affordable. Fei fei, our hotel manager and daytime planner, was equally incredible in her suggestions and for the way she planned our days and evenings exploring the national park and attractions in the city of Zhangjiajie. When we come back, it will only be to this hotel - our stay was that memorable and perfect. Could not recommend enough.

The property is centrally located very close to the East Entrance of the park. It is clean and homey with cats and dogs. The thing that stood out for us was the lovely, helpful staff, especially the delightful Vivi who looked after us like we were family. Nothing was too much trouble, she arranged everything we wanted, bought our tickets, booked any events we wanted to attend, even ordered takeout food and a massage in our rooms. We didn’t need to waste time with the sticky details. We just enjoyed the visits to Tianmenshan park and the Avatar park. She even magically found tickets when everything was sold out on line during a national holiday no one told us about! We love you Vivi!!

Este hotel es un verdadero joya. Habitaciones con mucho estilo, atención personalizada y un ambiente íntimo que te hace sentir como en casa. El trato de Vivi y Fifi fue espectacular nos ayudaron mucho a elegir la ruta a seguir del lugar y sacar las entradas. El desayuno es delicioso y el personal siempre amable y atento. ¡Volveremos sin dudarlo!

이번 장가계 여행에서 제일 만족한 호텔입니다. 방이 널직하고 직원분들이 너무 친절해요 . 위치: 짱입니다. 장가게 삼림공원 동문하고 도보로 20분 차로 5분 거리라서 가기에 편해요 ~ 주변: 번화해요~ 밤에는 야시장도 있어 볼거리가 많아요 , 가까운데 강도 있어 야경도 좋아요 조식: 종류가 풍부하지 않지만 반찬이 입맛에 맞아 나름 야무지게 먹었네요, 죽에다 고기만두 반찬과 같이 먹으니 속도 편하고 좋아요. 빵 우유 과일 커피도 있어요 저녁에는 야식으로 과일을 넣어주시고 지역 특산차도 한잔씩 주셔요. 방컨디션: 아주 널직해요 , 킹사이즈 침대 2개 있는데도 공간이 많아요 ~ 세면대 두개고 깔끔 해요~ 화장실 비데가 있어 더 좋았어요. 방 한면은 다 유리창이라 낮에 산멍 하기도 좋아요. 방마다 작은 마당이 있는데 몇걸음 걸으면 큰 마당도 있어요. 조경에 신경을 쓴게 보이네ㅣ 직원분 엄청 친절해요 . 장가계 여행 포인트를 콕콕 집하주시고 삼림공원 여항시 어떻게 걸어야 덜 걷고 풍경이 이쁜곳것을다 볼수 있는 일정으로 스케줄 짜주기도 합니디 참고로 추천해준 프로그램도 좋았어요~ 다음에 갈 기회가 있다면 또 가고 싶은 곳이예요
