"This place was pristine. It has a locked gate with six parking spots. There are six units. Some are studios and some might have one bedroom-I’m not sure. I stayed in a studio. They each have a kitchenette. The place have a beautiful terrace with a table for about 10 people. I think the terrace has a wood burning oven. It’s gorgeous, brand new and very welcoming. "An absolutely adorable little place just off the beaten path. A little bit farther from the Malecon than we expected but lots of places within walking distance (we chose to Uber at times because it's Hot for us). Silvana the owner was so kind and helpful, lives right on site. She was very in tune with asking if we needed anything but at the same time respecting privacy. She actually gave us a ride to the bus station when we couldn't get an Uber. She was very knowledgeable about places to go,...

"I have stayed here two times in the last yr. And find the location right on the Malacon to be perfect. I always ask for a room with a view. That is the best. This last time I was given a room that had a sofa and desk area bath with the bedroom 6 steps up. The bedroom area was great but the sitting area below was void of any decor, lamp didn’t work and overhead light was very dim. Area was dark and a bit depressing. Won’t be asking for that room again. Restaurant in the 5 floor is nice...
