"The downtown location is very noisy. It didn’t help that we reserved it on the weekend, was very difficult to have a rested night. Too close to the church bells, noises from car alarms and police. At the restaurant food was delicious and the bed linen smell very clean. House keeping were very prompt to respond."

"The TV was not much help. Only Netflix is available, but it was not set up for use because it needed to be updated by email. Also, I didn't think about the noise level when booking the room. The room has a great view to the bay since is on the famous malecon, however it is really noisy at night and sometimes early morning. Soundproof windows would help.
