The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Wonderful stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was peaceful, very clean, and well maintained. The vegan food was absolutely delicious and prepared with great care. I recommend to dinne early to enjoy the sunset. Only suggestion is to increase the number of wine options from Tuscany in the wine list and to introduce a good vermouth. The drinks are great.
