Struttura ottima, pulita , gradevole sia per ciò che riguarda le piscine che per ciò che riguarda le stanze. Piccolissimi nei ma facilmente eliminabili come l’orologio della piscina interna non funzionante ed una presa elettrica posta in mezzo al letto matrimoniale all’altezza dei cuscini. Per il resto nulla da eccepire.

Albergo moderno e funzionale con ampia struttura termale (non testata durante il soggiorno). Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera congrua per prezzo e categoria. Purtroppo non impeccabile la pulizia della biancheria da letto.

Esperienza Positiva, albergo pulito, buona colazione, personale cordiale e professionale . Bella spa . Ho richiesto un massaggio Decontratturante che però la massoterapista non è stata in grado di svolgere rilegando su un massaggio Appunto rilassante . Caro 70 euro per 50 min

Piacevole esperienza

Albergo molto pulito e ben organizzato, accanto alle Terme di Venturina. Piscina interna a 35° ed esterna a 30°, entrambe con acque termali. Camera arredata in stile moderno e minimale (per es. nessun quadro alle pareti, schermo televisore molto piccolo), ma con tutto quello che serve. Personale gentilissimo. WiFi affidabile.

Breakfast was good and the waitresses were very polite. But!! If you want to relax, do not come here! There are armies of a very vocal retailers and screaming children everywhere! I dislike it profoundly. Rooms are tiny and congested (The sink in the room was broken, but was fixed later). A few minute before of the opening of the outside pool, the army of retirees who are NOT staying in the hotel arrive and occupy all of the chairs. While the guests of the hotel can not get to the pool before 9 am. The key is simply not working. No priority for the hotels’ guests whatsoever. Strongly recommend NOT to stay. Beach towels 5 euros each which is a hidden cost I feel cheated! I want a full refund!

Fint och modernt spa-hotell

Trevligt spa-hotell med stor pool både utom- och inomhus! Rummen är moderna, rena och praktiska. Fina badrum. Wi-fi fungerar lite sådär på rummen pga tjocka väggar. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpte glatt till med tips om stränder och bokningar på restauranger. Det finns flera fina badstränder i närheten, men bil krävs för att nå dem. Det är inga problem att promenera in till Venturina där det finns butiker, restauranger och barer. Trevlig liten ort!

OTTIMA POSIZIONE PER LE ESCURSIONI

siamo stati in questa bella struttura , con l'idea di utilizzarla oltre che per i servizi a disposizione , come base per alcune escursione.Alla fine siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall' efficenza della struttura e dalla professionalita' del servizio.Inoltre , come pensavano , Venturina rimane estremamente comoda per varie escursioni.Torneremo sicuramente.

Pessimo pessimo hotel

Camere esteticamente gradevoli ma prive completamente di insonorizzazione e questo unito al personale delle pulizie rumoroso senza motivo ha fatto sì che fosse impossibile dormire al mattino. Mancanti anche gli accessori per il bagno. Pessima colazione con brioche scongelate male e un dolce senza alcun sapore. E per il check out abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora. Dati i prezzi davvero un hotel sconsigliabile

Une piscine géniale

La situation de l’hôtel à proximité de la route et à qq kms de la mer n'est pas la meilleure. La piscine extérieure d'eau thermale est à température et de taille idéale. Par contre la piscine intérieure est assez petite (surtout le WE envahie par les locaux) La nourriture est quelconque et la salle de restaurant indigne d'un 4 étoiles

Hotel molto bello

Ho soggiornato in quest'hotel con il mio ragazzo per una breve vacanza... l'hotel è molto bello e dotato di ogni comfort. In camera avevamo due docce! La posizione è comoda... a 7 minuti da san vincenzo e altrettanti da baratti! Belle le piscine... quella interna aperta fino alle 23. Buona la pulizia in camera.

Sono stato nella struttura con la mia compagnia, accoglienza ottima, piscine spettacolari e pulitissime, camera confortevole e pulita, il servizio e la colazione non è da quattro stelle ma da tre stelle,la cena rapporto qualità prezzo scarso, consiglio ristorante a Venturina Ristorante da Elena, si mangia da dio e il prezzo e onesto. comunque nel complessola struttura è bella e ci siamo trovati bene!

Struttura ampia e tranquilla

Struttura ampia, pulita, silenziosa. Offre una piscina termale interna ed un'ampia piscina esterna. Il complesso è esternamente molto semplice e lineare, l'interno è minimal, ma curato pulito. Nota di merito: personale molto cortese e disponibile!
