Really happy with this hotel. The food options were solid, with plenty of variety. The bed was super comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out exploring. Internet worked perfectly the whole time, no issues there. And the location was spot on, with easy access to transport. Would definitely stay again.

We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. It was very clean and comfortable.

"We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly Marta who was just fantastic! Breakfast was good but variety and could be improved. Our room had a large balcony which was extremely useful. Snacks were provided eg toasted sandwich as room service but variety and quality could be improved. A nice hotel to stay at."
"This property is right across the street from Cathedral Square.. with the Leaning tower, cathedral and baptistry. I’m not sure if all rooms have the same view, but we were on the second floor and our two windows looked right at the leaning tower. It was cool. Kids loved it. Ages 10 and 4. Staff was helpful with directions, transportation. We would stay here again, without a doubt. Super cool spot. "

As we couldn't enjoy the breakfast after our second night, she made all arrangements to have us the food in the room from the night before.
