"Beautiful place, excellent staff. We found that the shampoo bottle had been used and the coffee pot didn't work."

"Well-equipped apartment in the centre of Madrid. Location was excellent, we were able to cook and do laundry and property is kept exceptionally clean. Will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Madrid."

"Great staff and clean rooms"

"Breakfast staff were not pleasant or helpful. All egg dishes came out cold. Hotel room was adequate but not great."

"Clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Shops and touristic points nearby and walkable."

En particulier, un gros merci à Noémie pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils précieux. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très complet. Un séjour parfait ! Nous y retournerons…"
