"Nous bien aimé notre séjour à l'hôtel Mercy. La chambre était très grande et propre. Le seul point négatif, est que l'hôtel est encore en construction. Donc, il n'y a pas de service offert c'est encore un chantier de construction à l'extérieur."

"Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. "The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. "This property is gorgeous! We loved sitting on our front porch area and enjoying the gardens. The place is gated and has security at all times so we always felt very safe on the property. The room was cleaned every day and it was always quiet after 10 PM. There’s a lot of amenities on the property. "This hotel exceeded expectations being located within a gated property and the staff was helpful. The surrounding gardens were pretty. Breakfast is only served 7:30-9 so we missed breakfast after a late arrival. The hotel is located near restaurants. The surrounding area is not quiet; however, convenience was worth the noise. You can arrange for private transportation from the airport directly with the hotel, which was helpful. "

"This hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, close to many restaurants, shops, and to the water taxis. We had some of the best food on our trip at the restaurant. If you are vegan, the restaurant has plenty of options. The staff are also wonderful, they helped us decide where to visit and helped us book a taxi back to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
