"We stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our host met us when we arrived and a little elevator was available to take our luggage up one flight of stairs. Our room was very clean with the basic amenities available. Breakfast was simple but varied. The location is fantastic, very close to sites of interest and the metro. "This hotel is an absolute treasure. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate each of us. Every detail is considered and the entire experience is like walking into an oasis. The garden is a lovely retreat and one member of our group enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa just outside the garden. They commented that is was one of the best they have had. "Location great. We were on the 5th floor so not quite so noisy as Naples usually is! Very close to the ferry terminal for any trips and midway between what I call the 'old' town and the 'new' town. Also very close to a metro stop. Room was spacious and bright as was the bathroom and we had a balcony. This was my fifth time in Naples and I think I would stay here again if there is another visit.
