"Our room was BEAUTIFUL!...so comfortable! Alessandra at the front desk was a sweetheart and so helpful. Breakfast was just OK, you were not allowed to take any fruit back to your room, very strict. Location was perfect for all the sights. Getting a taxi to take you to the Naples train station was a nightmare but obviously not the hotel's fault. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel."

"Es una ESTAFA, ¡NO lo RECOMIENDO! Cuando llegamos la primera noche no había nadie en recepción, no nos atendieron y tuvimos que pagarnos otro hotel. Cuando hicimos el check-in, nos cobraron varias tasas sin justificación y solo se podía pagar con dinero en efectivo. El personal fue muy desagradable. Y tanto la ducha, como la habitación estaban muy sucias. Tuvimos muy MALA experiencia."

"Overall, I would say my experience was good. Staff was very helpful and nice. This property is marketed as a luxury stay, but in my opinion, much of the premium price is for the incredible view and location rather than extensive amenities. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Amalfi Beach, which is a huge advantage. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms also feature large in-room bathtubs, which were a nice touch. The staff were helpful...
