"I enjoyed the modern and cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately, the gym was under construction. Although, I called before reserving to ask if all amenities were working because I was celebrating my 26 year anniversary and was told yes. The tiki bar was not staffed either. The restaurant on site closes at 10 pm. One night I called at 9 pm to ask what is the latest time I can order and was told 9:30 but when I called they were no longer taking orders and had no dinner. "No pressure in the shower, the toilet leaked all night, toilet seat was broken , we had to go to the front desk twice for room supplies like tissues, toilet paper and towels. Had to pay a 10.00 fee a day to park there overnight. I mean come on, how do they expect me to get there? Walk 236 miles? No smoking permitted on property. I do not see why we couldn’t smoke at the tiki bar or poolside. It was an open air pool. Make sure you call your preferred place to stay and ask about the hidden...

"The room needs Cleaning and repair also towels are descasten they are rugs, we have 2 crabs in the room and have to go to the store to get a couple of pillows because the one in the room were very flat. We will never stay there again EVER"

"We had a fabulous stay the resort is beautiful so calm and peaceful. We enjoyed the free kayaks and paddle boards. There are lots of restaurants nearby just a short drive away our favourite being Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House."

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Skiplack. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Parking was great and the food was excellent. Bar staff were friendly and informative of the area. The breakfast was good but could use more fresh fruit and cereal options, bananas were about ready for banana bread. "

"The place is beautiful, but the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are the cheapest money can buy. I don't know who decided to put check-in at the back of the property and the rooms in the front building, but that seemed dumb to me. The staff there are incompetent. Trying to redeem my free breakfast was comedy of errors that took 15 minutes and 4 workers to figure out. in the end, we only got one breakfast out of the two. if it were better run and had better beds, this place would be great....

"The grounds are nice, beach area is nice. Pool is good, heated to good temp. Hot tub jets not right. AC in our room didn’t work properly. Was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Not enough electricity outlets. Not in the right place and some didn’t work. No phone chargers. No place to hang clothes. Poor arrangement of furniture. No place to hang clothes in bathroom. Floor was very dirty. No smoke alarm."
