"The best breakfast in Sicily friendly staff"

"Stayed for one night in November. The host greeted us on arrival and made check-in very smooth. The room was extremely comfortable, with modern and meticulously chosen furnishings and amenities. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely private enclave with suites with spectacular views overlooking the Mediterranean and San Leone from the top of a hill. Wonderful hosts!!! Delightful breakfast and areas for just relaxing."

"A good stay in a quiet location "

"It is super near from the Valley of Temple "

"This property provided easy access to Valley of the Temples and other major tourist attractions in the area. The host greeted us, carried our luggage and provided a great breakfast over the 3 days.. Our only complaint was the stairs, there were 3 flights, no elevator, maybe should have been mentioned in details. The host was very accomodating, we locked ourselves out and he was there in minutes."

"Close to the beach and the beachclub. "

"We enjoyed very much our stay. Fabio at reception was very kind and helpful. A visit to their spa was included so we enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was very nice. Definitely I would go back."

"It was very convenient. They had parking, breakfast was great. I would recommend"

"After spending 5 weeks in Italy, this is by far the nicest place that we stayed. It has views of the Valley of the Temples ruins from our room and is conveniently located near them. The host prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested places in town to eat."

"The hotel is in a great location, right next to the public beach. The center of San Leone is within walking distance, with restaurants and other services. Parking is convenient in front of the hotel in the roadside parking lot."

"Good location. Walkable to some restaurants. It's an older building, but worth the price. Breakfast was included. Decent "continental" type."

"The place was nothing like the photos in fact we left after an hour. The bedroom was like a student s room. Extremely deceiving. The girl at reception was nice but the place is not hers so she phoned the owner. Nothing like the photos they put on hotel.com. Sad."

"Wonderful host who was very helpful. Great breakfast with cooked to order eggs included with stay"
