The minibar was well stocked, and prices were reasonable. The view to the Roman buildings is impressive during the day and at night as they are illuminated. A very easy walk into town, and the host have us several recommendations for restaurants. We are at Sal8, which was delicious and very busy/popular, so make sure to book!"

Our room was spacious and clean, but a bit dark as it was below the main part of the property and not enough good lighting. "The Villa Athena is an amazing luxury hotel with an amazing location. With a direct view of Greek temples, as well as private access, sets this property apart from others. In addition the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We also enjoyed our private balcony with direct access to the property and pool area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I like the size of the resort as it feels more intimate and personalized. We also took advantage of the amazing restaurant as well. We will definitely return for another stay in the future."
