Hotel Rumbao, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
The hotel was beautiful and in a great section of San Juan close to cruise pier. The only thing wrong was checkin in was at 4pm and we got there at that time and couldn’t check in till 6pm. They then gave us a $21. refit to use at the hotel which we were leaving next day on a cruise

I think we were a tad unlucky as our booked room had been given away by mistake and when we arrived at 10pm the room on offer smelled of damp. The air con control was missing so it was pretty hinky till we got one on day 2. The toilet didn’t refill properly so each time we had to take off the lid ...
