"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service representative who assisted me before booking was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly, which gave me confidence even before arriving. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were very accommodating and kindly arranged an early check-in since I was traveling with my elderly mother — something I truly appreciated. The restaurant and buffet team were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to accommodate my requests for my mother’s comfort. Housekeeping was quick to respond to any needs, and my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. What really impressed me was when I accidentally left an item behind — the staff took the initiative to contact me about it. That thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about their honesty and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience, and I deeply appreciate the team’s professionalism, warmth, and care. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff at the front desk, fab restaurant, housekeeping and the guest services and security were absolutely fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this hotel. I stayed with my family for 2 months and everyday the customer service of all the staff was excellent. I will definitely come back. I will miss the wonderful staff especially Topher from housekeeping and Mike from restaurant fab. The managers at the front desk were wonderful.
