What a great facility. The customer service was by far the best I have ever received at a hotel. The room setup was great and very clean. The breakfast was also great and offered a big variety. No complaints!!!

The breakfast in the morning was top notch! Also there was a bbq area outside that was perfect place to grill and host my daughters hockey team for a team dinner.

The Hotel was nice, and the rooms were nicer. I enjoyed my stay. I took advantage of the market they had in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast. Parking was 15$ which sucked but I guess the breakfast pays for it so it was okay. Will definitely be back

Great stay!
Check in was easy. The clerk was extremely friendly and even offered a welcome gift. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming. Bar was great and the complimentary breakfast was a huge plus. Will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Love this place. Easy to park, rooms are great, and people are very helpful. This is the best hotel complimentary breakfast. Location is perfect if spending time at SCU campus also.

Amazing experience
The hotel was amazing. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Staff was cheerful, helpful, and super polite. The room was stocked with everything we could need and so clean. The breakfast was delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing about my stay.

The location was clean and felt safe special staying with little kids, this was a works location for me and it was not far from the store or items we need to have cooked meals. Staff was friendly and provided extra towels as needed

Close to restaurants, shopping, freeway. Nice, clean room with fully stocked kitchenette. Staff super friendly and helpful. Received a small goody bag with water and cookies at check in. Very thoughtful. Would stay again.

The hotel and staff were great our main issue was the uncomfortable beds. My husband described it perfectly, it felt like we were sleeping on stiff display bed from a department store. The sofa bed was in really rough shape, springs were falling off. The mattress itself couldn’t have been more an a few inches. My poor daughter hardly got any good rest. The layout of the room also made it difficult to move around when the sofa bed was open.

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and find it to be very convenient for our visits to San Jose. The room is comfortable, and has a very good shower. The one item needed for improvement is the bathroom lighting. It's way to dim!

Very nice suite, super quiet. Friendly staff, loved that it was dog friendly. Didn’t like the extra parking fee per day and the restaurant is lacking.
