Can’t express enough how pleasant our stay was! The staff was super helpful and professional, and had such positive attitudes. Rooms were spotless with blackout curtains. And the shuttle to the airport was clean and punctual and the drivers very nice and helpful.

I think the rooms could use a little TLC, but for the price, the bed was wicked comfy, bathroom shower was great! We only needed one night & easy access to SFO, so it was perfect for that. Nice bar/lounge/restaurant too.

Staff was amazing and very convenient for traveling to SFO. There are hidden walkways for relaxation after a long flight.

We needed a property close to the airport before a morning flight - this one was great! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice; ours even had a mini gym in it, complete with a workout bike and weights. It took us 8 minutes from the hotel to the rental car return. Would stay again!

I wish there was a little more room between the foot of the bed and the dresser. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the food was good in the restaurant.

My only problem is that I had a shareable room with only a door separating my room from the room next door. I stayed 3 nights. During the first night I experienced a screaming baby next door. The third night I experienced a couple loudly arguing off and on from 9 pm to 3:30 am. Not really the hotel's fault but next time I'll be sure to ask for a different kind of room.

Very convenient with easy access to the freeway and airport. I was not happy to be charged an extra $40 parking fee for a one-night stay. This is in addition to the charge for the room. I was not made aware of the extra parking fee until the day of arrival. $40/night for parking is excessive since the local parking lots are charging as little as $12/day. The reading light for one of the beds was not working. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast and one free cookie upon arrival wasn't that good.

The bar and restaurant was perfect. The food and drinks was excellent. The atmosphere was fun. The shuttle was on time and convenient. I got to the airport on time.

I like that it was around a lot of trails since I brought dog. There isn’t a whole lot to do around here, as expected, since it’s near the airport. The room was fairly clean. I didn’t use the bed sheets because there was a stain on it. They should definitely be more careful and cautious about that. Overall, my stay was great!
