We were able to leave our stuff in a secure room before check in since it was at 2:30pm. Giving us time to go eat and go around without our luggage. Elevator was a bit worrisome but all was good.

Very convenient!! I would stay here again if I have another Chance. Nice for them to hold on our luggage before check in and also after checking out . Location is perfect for staying in Chinatown or few block away from union square.

The beds were horrible here. I have back issues that spring up now and then, and this bed triggered them. The staff was accommodating to provide an extra foam mattress. But the place itself was still dirty. And it felt unprofessional.
