"The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!"

"Our stay was perfect. We were given an upgrade due to the fact that it was our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and they work hard at pampering all guests. Property and rooms are extremely clean. Not sure if we went at a good time but the hotel was not crowded at all. Easy access to spa and other amenities which are also super clean.
