"This appears to be a family run hostel, but be warned - nobody here speaks any English. When we showed up, some young guys that were there showed us to a room, but when we came back hours later we were told that our booking was lost and they did not have any rooms for us . "1. They didn't have our confirmed booking. The service was good, they prepared rooms for us quickly. 2. No hot water the first night. Hot water the rest of the days. 3. "We stayed here after the Sacred Valley between trips on the Inca Trail and Ausangate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. There is a restaurant on site and laundry across the street that is open 24 hours. We didn’t have a chance to explore the area around the hotel but it does seem like a very central location in Cusco."
