The week coming up to the my reservation that was made 6 mo prior, I called the motel 3 times, no one answered I left 3 messages, no one called me back- infact because of shift changes the CSR didn't even know I had left a message. I finally got through I got someone to confirm my reservation. Then the night I was to arrive before I got a call to confirm my reservation.
On arrival my check in was great, CSR was very nice and helpful. However, no elevator, so if you are disabled you may need to request a bottom floor.
My car was then broken into appx 2 am. I had ear plugs in so I did not hear my alarm that may have been going off for about 20 minutes before I went out- no one there.
The next day I informed the CSR staff and they said they reported it to the manager. I never got a call from either manager, Celia or the owner Pete. I had to initiate calls to both Celia and Pete. Pete was the most helpful he was able to remotely get the tapes pulled.
The rest of my stay was fine. Motel was clean, basic and affordable. Room & Bed was comfortable. Close to campus.
