The doors to each room were extremely dirty and marked up. Our bathroom was dirty. The furniture has an inch of dust. The ac not working properly. A ceiling tile fell and woke us up as it sounded like a loud crash. Floors extremely dirty. "

"The hotel is beautiful and located right on the Riverwalk. While Valet is pricey, you can come and go. The two queen corner room was HUGE. Though, my highest compliments to the staff. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional and very put together. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini spring break getaway. "
