"If you really want to stay at a real Indian palace. This is the best place by all bets. I have stayed at other such properties but it got developed and the lost the charm. Chomu Palace still maintains the same feeling. Also the staff is ever helpful. All in all an excellent place"

"The staff was great, but the room had pests. Their booking system for massages is horrible and ruined my surprise plan for my parents. Even their menu pricing didn't align with their staff's understanding. The staff did try to make up for this, but when you pay a price for Fairmont, you don't expect so many issues."

"Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). "
