Though the way to reach the property is rough but once you get there it’s very beautiful.

The whole hotel gives luxury vibes. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were large and very spacious. The property is beautiful with many picturesque spots. Few things which can be improved - 1. The bed linens’ quality and cleanliness can be improved. The pillow covers were a bit small for the pillows and the comforter cover had stains on it near the leg. They also looked very old and could be refreshed. 2. During last two days, there was a shoot going on. It created a lot of disruption by blocking the walkways and some of the activities like horse riding being cancelled due to it. Management could provide additional services or discounts to compensate for such occasions, if avoiding such shoots during guest occupy is not possible.

Not worth the stay

The facility is beautiful, but this “resort” has a long way to go. The buffets were abysmal in selection, the staff took entirely too long to do anything such as checking in, and the resort had none of its amenities like the spa. Airport transfer is NOT included, and takes ~1,600 rupees each way and 1 hour. Not only that, they make you contact the taxi service yourself to arrange, instead of taking care of it for you. Not to mention they were doing construction on the only road that leads to the resort so we had to travel through dirt “roads” in the middle of nowhere to get to the hotel, with no signs pointing to it. Overall, way too far away from everything for not enough amenities.
