Even I got more familiar with the area so I could pick a more affordable place, but I would check the deal for this place before I start searching for something new. A lot of different and decent places to eat, I maybe wrong; I could say it's the center of Seoul to visit anywhere else I wanted to visit. Definitely high populated area but it's not even close to shoulder-bumping. I'd return here if I'm traveling back here. No stain, odor in the room. The elevator is quick, quiet, and gentle. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. No idea of parking and breakfast."

"We really enjoyed our two-week stay at Hotel The Botanik in Seoul. We had a suite, and it was spacious, with two walk-in closets. It also had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, washer/dryer, and even an interesting clothing "refresher." The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was nice, but the lighting in the bathroom was a little harsh. We did notice that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked them to be, and it seemed that they didn't get cleaned much, if any, while we were there. Overall, though, a great place to stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway just a couple of blocks away. "
