"The front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the property was excellent throughout our stay.
The restaurant staff could benefit from closer supervision. The restaurant was often empty, which initially made us think the food might not be very good. However, we later realized that the issue was not the food, but rather the staff’s lack of motivation and engagement.
On our last evening, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant because we did not feel like going out. The first thing the server told us was that they were “almost closing,” even though it was only 6:30 PM. To help move things along, I placed our order while the rest of my family was getting ready.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered was excellent. Compliments to the chef for such a wonderful dining experience.
The waitresses and bartender would benefit from additional customer service training. There seemed to be very little effort to engage guests or promote sales. We noticed several people sit down at tables and leave without ordering, which appeared to be a missed opportunity. With a more attentive and welcoming service approach, the restaurant could provide a much better overall guest experience."
