"Room was โokayโ nothing special, it was also in a totally different building, quite a walk a few lifts to reach. Up to 3 walk around for 5 mins and then another lift. The exterior of the building looked really tired, the photos of the front are doing a lot of heavy lifting. Friendly staff, wouldnโt stay again and the area surrounding the hotel isnโt nice at all."

"We had a fantastic stay and just wish we could have stayed longer. A great city view room on the 12th floor with double aspect windows so we could also see the harbour. It was so clean and had everything in it we could have wished for. Lovely toiletries, a comfy bed. We cannot wait to return. We used the car park which is in the basement of the hotel. It was pricey at ยฃ20 per night but was safe and convenient. Remember to pre-book your parking though!"

"This is an iconic and truly lovely venue which weโve been using for 20plus years. Its new parking regime is complicated, the app is frustrating and it genuinely distracts from a lovely place to relax and unwind. Have to constantly top up the stay. Which is a pain but when there is so little phone coverage is positively annoying. Shame, as itโs really put us off and changed our thoughts on using it for work and leisure going forward. Staff are utterly lovely, professional and friendly."
