"It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in a box in our room with loads of choice, and fresh produce in a mini fridge which was lovely. The area is stunning. "Easy to find, free parking, outstanding food and a beautiful room. Will definitely be staying again"

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

Place was so busy with Easter weekend and guests had nowhere to sit, tables dirty, queue for bag long, queue for food long, coffe at breakfast takes 30mins to arrive, didn’t clean our room, didn’t replace towels when asked, complained to manager and nothing done about it. Stay clear and stay at any of the gorgeous places in the Cotswolds "

"Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford. The beds weren’t very comfortable though. "Beautiful room. Lots of space,and soap and body creme too. Shower lovely with shower gel,and shampoo. Breakfast choice was extensive and served at the table. Charming hostess was very attentive, but not overpowering. Would highly recommend it, and hopefully will stay again."
