"The property was really well located, checkin quite early, with no problem from there side. The room was really clean, bed was good, bathroom had everything and loved the shower. Tom was really helpful, informative, gave us a bit of history of the building, which was fascinating. Included Breakfast was simple, but very good, and you could have ordered from the kitchen at an extra cost. Will definitely recommend."

I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. "From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. A rare find these days"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is set within a beautiful listed building with lovely gardens, which gave it a lot of charm and character.
