Rooms are very clean. Concerned that there is only a front access without having to use the stairs in an emergency. Back exit did not appear to be marked. We had a fun family reunion/eclipse party.

This hotel is unique, clean, and the staff we interacted with were wonderful! The common areas and our room were all clean. The only thing about our stay that prevents me from giving this hotel 5 stars across the board is that the room was 77* with no way to cool it down. If you stay outside of summer, the AC in the room will not work. We didn’t sleep well due to how warm it was in our room. The upstairs is being renovated so maybe as they continue working on the building this will be something they fix, but if not, just know the rooms are pretty warm with no way, outside of leaving your door open to allow cool air from the hallway in, to cool your room down.

Most hotels tend to have akward electric sockets placed at very low levels. The only one tends to be at normal height tends to be in the bathrooms. If I have to reach that far for a complaint, then everything else was fine with me.

Staff was absolutely amazing!! I can’t talk highly enough of the 2 staff we dealt with. So kind and helpful. The lady in the morning I believe her name is Donna. She went over and above and had breakfast ready earlier than scheduled time which was so convenient with our early departure for a Volleyball tournament. The hotel itself was REALLY clean. Very hospitable environment. The thermostat was not working properly but once we figured it out it was fine.

I loved that they had a real key for the door! I was great and a bit nostalgic. Easy access parking free across the street, well lit at night. Quaker Stake restaurant in the same building.

This had charm! The lobby area was a fun place to hang out. The rooms were pretty clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options but bagels were nice and soft.

We had 3 rooms with 2 queen sized beds reserved. When we checked in we were given 3 rooms with 1 regular sized bed in them. They gave me 1 room with 2 beds in an attempt to right the problem. However when I opened the door the room was filthy. It had not been cleaned after the last party left. The bed was unmade with dirty bedclothes, trash on the floor etc. Reluctantly we stayed in the 1 bed room for 3 nights. We discovered the tv remote was missing and the rooms don’t have telephones in them to call the front desk. When I used my cell phone to call the front desk all I got was a recording. The next day the front desk person took a remote from another room and gave it to us telling us all the remotes would operate all the TVs in the hotel. The only thing it would do was turn the tv on. It would not change channels, adjust the volume or turn the tv off. I finally had to unplug it to go to bed. When I tried to contact the front desk both by phone and in person there was no on there. Moving on to their continental breakfast it is a joke. The water for coffee and tea was warm, the bagels were yuk and we had very early lunches elsewhere. I think that’s enough said about our stay.

We unexpectedly needed somewhere to stay overnight and only stayed one night. We checked in around 10:00pm and the staff member we spoke with was beyond kind and accommodating. There are no outside windows (the window points toward the large lobby), but it was dark and comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep on our trip. We walked to Sunday Mass and to a coffee shop from the hotel before check-out.

This little boutique hotel is fantastic. The pricing was very reasonable, and the rooms were very nice. Clean, comfortable bed, I really had no complaints at all. It was very convenient for the job. I had to do the next day and if I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here. The only thing that would’ve made it better is a microwave in the room, but it definitely didn’t take away from the hotel being great the way it is.

We arrived very late and the staff member was very kind and made check in easy. The room was clean, and the property was quiet. Parking is super convenient and free. The rooms are all interior doors with a real key, everything was very clean. It’s a charming boutique like hotel. The breakfast was limited to pastries, bagels, cereal, and oatmeal, but was still very good. The coffee was good as well. You cannot beat this hotel for the price! I would gladly stay again!

Front desk staff were nice and helpful to check in. The writing desk had some cosmetic damage but otherwise the room was clean and orderly. Given a physical key instead of a card and instead of checking out you just leave the key inside the room, walk out and go about life. This fact was put to use when staff entered my room while I was in the bathroom to tell me to evacuate immediately due to an apparent gas leak and the fire department was all over the building. At that point, I decided it was better to leave than to stay any longer. Breakfast is offered but options are extremely limited compared to other hotels.

The staff were friendly and the area was nice. They were great at giving extras like shampoo and conditioner which was awesome. Those were the best parts of our stay. There worst parts were as follows: upon checking in we were given 2 keys at which one didn’t work at all. The second key took at least 3 minutes to get the door open. These are actually door keys and not swipe keys. They gave us another key that didn’t work either. A little annoying for sure. Secondly, you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms close by and the lobby area even people talking in their regular voice. Very hard to sleep with hearing everything outside the room. Thirdly, the air conditioning is set to 70. You can change the thermostat all you want but the room doesn’t get any cooler. Got pretty hot a night. Had to have my sister give us a fan to use to drown out the noise and to keep the room cooler. It is a nice area with lots to do do and the staff were nice but getting a good night of sleep while traveling is very important and I slept terrible the whole trip.
