"The breakfast was very limited and no hot food. The coffee was terrible. The staff was nice and answered all questions. Housekeeping was nice as well. Big TV in the room was a nice addition. "

"The hotel is older and outdated in many ways. There are a few nice amenities but has old bones. The toliet, sink and tub are antiques and function like antiques. If you are looking for newer, more modern comforts, it will not be found here. The hotel does have a very cool pool on the 11th floor that has a great view of the city. They also put out flavored waters and offer complimentry wine in the evening out in the lobby. My major complaints was a toliet that sprayed water out of the bowl when you flushed it, a shower faucet that leaked. No shower gel in the dispenser in the two days we stayed there, and towels that could double as sandpaper. In the hotel's defense, I didn'g give them a chance to fix it, as I didn't complain, but come on.. The maid should have recognized at least one of these issues and made a correction as she came in to make the bed and swap the towels. Overall, the room was clean and the bed, although firm, was comfortable. The hotel restaurant was decent, although, in my opinion, dated."

"The keys would stop working frequently. This caused us not to get in our room and frequent visits to the front desk. The pool area is very small and the gym had water standing in the floor. "

"I didn’t care much for their breakfast, but it was well attended, the gentleman taking care of it was on the ball. It just wasn’t good and lacked options. Clean room, good coffee maker in the room. Great front desk lady, she was fantastic."

"Sounded like someone was jumping off the bed or running or I don’t know what they were doing but happened randomly throughout the day while in room. Couldn’t go to bed early, seemed to happen every 10-"

"I booked through Hotels.com, but I would have saved more money if I would have called the property first as a patient at Mayo Clinic. Live and learn. "
