"We looked at many hotels and even checked into one and quickly left. We checked into Fairfield last minute and we are so happy we did. The property is conveniently located near Mayo properties and the shuttle was on time every day. The entire hotel is clean and feels safe. "Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Mark at front desk was welcoming, helpful in instruction about construction and how it effects walking to Mayo, provided info on shuttle, explained we could leave our car for a few hours following checkout to attend Mayo appt. He offered info on complimentary breakfast. Room was quiet, spacious and well designed. There are nice restaurants walkable. Parking was great. "

"Older hotel but was perfect for our needs with our granddaughter while son awaited surgery at Mayo. Loved that Famous Dave’s was connected for good BBQ, convenient shuttle from hotel to the hospital every hour and a dream pool for a 5year old. Staff was very kind and helpful. Thank You."
