We would specifically mention the hospitality of the staffs and the food at upper deck restaurant. The chefs were amazing and they checked every time our need and taste buds. "We chose carefully before ending up with this resort. It's perfect. Not too big, not too small. Direct access to beach - not private beach, but almost. Not crowded and dirty like many places in north Goa (even Benaulim actually). Direct access to small market and shops outside the resort area as well. Couldn't have been better."

"Lovely resort. Great service. Airport pickup. Reception. My room overlooking the pool and garden. Restaurant. Pool bar. The staff, all of whom give it all they've got. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely grounds, well maintained and huge. And then on to the beach. Perfect. Wonderful service from Ruella, Goma, Aliya, Hemant, Mintu and Bhupal who kept me well fed. "Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. "

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...
