It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. "Sehr gute anbindung, die nächste Station ist etwa 5-10 zu fuß entfernt und man ist innerhalb von einer haltestelle sehr zentral in Shinjuku. Dafür eine sehr ruhige Gegend mit vielen Restaurants. Mehrere convenience stores in der direkten Umgebung (7-eleven 1 minute)"

"This is a great property that’s close to restaurants and shopping. It is about 10 min walk from JR line and about a 5 min walk from subway system. Big plus is it can sleep 6. Minus is that the dryer portion of the combined washer/dryer doesn’t work and there is only 1 chair in the unit. This unit is really designed around takeout food. Bring your own trash bags as you won’t find them here. Also limited escalator and small elevators from these train stations. Pack light and you may have to take...
