"I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this hotel! I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews, but I did not have a single problem with my six-night stay here. The room was much larger than I expected and I felt very safe here. There is only one way to access the courtyard and buildings with the rooms in them, which is right past the front desk. The entrance to the courtyard from the street was almost always shut and locked, except when there was hot chocolate and mulled wine with treats being served at the small building in the courtyard. The location was quieter and more local, but still had great restaurants and shops. The metro is close by and very simple to navigate when you get the hang of it to get to other parts of the city. I would recommend this hotel!"

"First off, STAFF WAS AMAZING! We arrived early and KAMEL, another gentleman, and Rose took extra care of us. Above and beyond. It felt as if we were in their home. Hotel is super nice. Room was great. Area was great. I would most definitely go back because of how well we were treated by the staff. Thank you!!"
